Gods Glove which is strength 86 is doing lets say 3000 HP against the enemy but Premium heart is struggeling to do 420HP ...but its strength is 99

nv done some reading..

aparently to do with her Limit break... meh i never really used her much back then... too lazy to level up other characters at this time.

The power of Premium Heart depends on what level Tifa's Limit is set to and how high her Limit bar has been filled. The higher each one is, the more damage she does.
same as clouds Ultimate weapon the lower his HP is the worse he hits..

Emerald weapon becoming a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ atm.

thanks man

Tifa is by far the weakest character in the game.

(Tifa is by far the weakest character in the game). this made me laugh no she is not!

Indeed. When you get God's Glove/Hand Tifa is one of the strongest characters.

All of the Ultimate weapons have special criteria that make them stronger. Yuffie's is stronger against higher level opponents for instance, and Barrett's will do more damage if you fill the slots with high AP materia.
plus Yuffie's ultimate weapon is best choice for morphing ... toonberies had no chance

The trick about using the final weapon from everyone to hit 9999, the character must have the max MP possible

That's not true.

Cloud - The more HP Cloud has, the more damage this weapon will do.
Barrett - The more AP is equipped on this weapon, the more damage it does.
Tifa - Damage is determined by the portion of Tifa's Limit gauge filled, multiplied by her Limit level.
Aeris - If 1 Ally is dead the weapon's power is doubled, if 2 Allies are dead the weapon's power is tripled.
Red XIII - The more MP Red XIII has, the more damage this does.
Yuffie - When using Morph damage isn't reduced. The higher the target enemy's level, the more damage is dealt. When used against allies it deals 1 HP damage but there is no attack sound and no damage numbers are displayed.
Cait Sith - The more HP Cait Sith has, the more damage this weapon does.
Vincent - The more enemies Vincent has killed, the more damage this weapon does.
Cid - The more MP Cid has, the more damage this weapon does.

Your point is relevant for Cid and Red XIII's Ultimate weapons only.

Lol, ya that can be a ♥♥♥♥♥ when trying to get a limit mime going and emerald hits you bringing you down to like 2000 hp and then only doing 3000 per hit.

Everyone basically explained it - the ultimate weapons function differently. They just aren't too clear about it in the in-game descriptions.
