Are no *.mdmp-files created in C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\Rise of the Tomb Raider\ on your machines?
1) Install WinDbg (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff551063(v=vs.85).aspx)
2) Start windbg.exe (x64/64bit-version)
3) File > Open Executable
4) Choose {YourSteamFolder}\SteamApps\common\Rise of the Tomb Raider\ROTTR.exe
5) Ignore the first error and Continue with "F5"
6) When windbg pauses for the next error: Create a dump via: ".dump /ma c:\somefolder\adump.dmp"
7) Entering "analyze -v" might give a clue what the issue is
The support might gain some information what the issue might be from the *.dmp file.
Same issue, cannot get it to run...
