Lost City Relic unreachable

I can't get to the Relic (and I guess the last Bell and whatever else might be up there) on the SW edge of the Lost City. I searched for walkthrough on youtube and noticed there should be a wooden wall to shoot climbing arrows into on the side of the tower, but in my game, that does not exist.

The wall is bare although my sense shows a glowing area where it should be, if I try to shoot an arrow into it, nothing happens.

I couldn't find a discussion about it...I can't be the only one though.

Did you attempt to get into the first Gate? That's what triggers the collapse of the wall you're talking about.
In order to reach the Bell Tower/Relic, you'll have to climb up to the trebuchete, there will be a door to your left & down (with your back to the trebuchete) that you will need to use an explosive arrow to open.

oh thank you. I usually try to get what I can done before moving on. This helped. Now I have a trebuchet problem though lol.
