Report a translation problem
Since June, there's been at least 3 patches issued. Most likely it was either Patch No. 7, 8 or 9 that has produced this. You might try rolling back this version of Rise to the previous version. If you don't know how to do this & want to do this, let me know & I'll give you the instructions.
Although you might think you don't need to do this, would you please go ahead and verify your Rise game files? Open your Steam Library, right click Properties, click on Local Files tab.
