Anybody know of any cheats like noclip or teleportation?

Due to a weird rendering glitch, I got stuck in a Crypt. After I had already entered it, a breakable wall appeared at the entrance, and I can't break it from inside. (Apparently, I was supposed to break the wall to enter the Crypt, but that wall wasn't there when I entered.) Since the game autosaved inside the Crypt, I can't load to a previous checkpoint, so I'm stuck here forever. Killing myself doesn't work either.

Are there any trainers or something that offer cheats like noclip so I can pass through the wall, or maybe "teleport to nearest base camp"? I really don't want to restart the entire game from the very beginning because of a stupid glitch.

After many attempts, I managed to teleport outside using this Cheat Engine table[fearlessrevolution.com] (the second one). I'm extremely grateful to its creator.
