can i mod this game with ROTTR mod manager frpm nexus mods ? Does it cause any issues ?

Nope, provided that you check if the different mod's that you're using aren't incompatible in some way.

For ex., this is the only mod[www.nexusmods.com] that I've currently got running for Rise of the Tomb Raider (RotTR) and even despite me thinking that the "Leather Jacket" outift of it is a tad too skimpy for my particular tastes, that's why I don't use it (apart when being forced to use it as it occurs when I'm inside the Croft Manor).

thx for the answer. i tried multiple mods and it works just fine aside some mods intended for older version has mess up textures.

And even for some of those Realism Mods[www.nexusmods.com] that I've got along they also work with the current RotTR version.

Although if they don't, you can always downgrade your Steam's games version (guide linked) to match the one that the mods use.
