No Thunder Clapper

I had 100% my play through, and no Thunder Clapper unlocked

And have you entered the game after completing it and had you already talked to Prophet's daugther (sorry but her name evades me atm, and I'm not sure if it's Sophia) right after finishing it? Because that's only after having that conversation that my Thunder Clapper Shotgun unlocked.

Edit add note: And if you need a finishing Rise of the Tomb Raider (RotTR) save to allow that, I've also have one stored in which you only have to face Anna upon that ending cinematic to then be able to trigger the following conversation I've already mentioned above.

Yes, I finished game after cinematic with Anna where she was snipped. Is the conversation with Sophia a cinematic and when is this triggered?

Yes, I re-entered the game after Anna's assassination to complete 100%. Do you have to get 100% before finishing main story to trigger chat with Sophia?

Edit: If yes, do you need to complete to 99% before finishing story?

I did it with a 99% percent because still didn't had a document from the Baba Yaga's DLC and it worked like a charm. After finishing that conversation with Sophia and getting up from that bench unlocked the aforementioned "Shotgun". Even if I still barely used it, because that's not my usual style / way of playing.
