Rise of the Tomb Raider Camp Journal Bug 207/208 documents

I've got a bug in Rise of the Tomb Raider. It's says that I only have 207/208 documents, despite having finished 100% of the game. One CAMP JOURNAL is missing. It says "Located in Soviet Installation", but can't find it there. If someone knows how to fix this problem, please comment. Thank you.

According to my game list..the doc not listed is called 'A Good Man'
it's in the Wicked Vale
Once you're in control again, jump back into the water, swim behind the waterfalls, and collect FREEDOM STATION (DOCUMENT 3/21). Climb the craggy rock wall and, once you reach the top, turn around, spool swing, and collect A GOOD MAN (DOCUMENT 4/21).

I have finished 100% of the game including the Baba Yaga DLC, and I'm missing the CAMP JOURNAL "A Good Man". Not the Baba Yaga DLC document... Please watch my video and read my post carefully next time...

Hopefully you've got. I didn't have much help but figured this was another place to post this answer to help those in a similar situation.

The good news is thankfully you do get 100% if you miss this document. It's upsetting like in Hitman 2 there's one challenge when you complete it, it acknowledges it but then when you pass the level it ignores it.

Back to the document. I can confirm the last "camp journal 1" entry is named "A Good Man". There is another like it in the Baba Yaga DLC but don't get it confused. They both have the same name for some reason but are different.

This document is only available once. You cannot back track now and get it. Which I've tried. Someone should write an angry email or 7 to the developers.

Alright so where is it? After Lara gets chased by a helicopter which is shooting at her and she almost drowns in the water and Jacob revives her. When you regain control of Lara go to the first base camp you can go to. By doing so you get "A Good Man". So the bad news is you'll have to 100% the game again to get it. I swear there was a similar situation in Tomb Raider 2013.

Even if you did get the baba yaga DLC - a good man, it's still 207 / 208 i might as well mention too.
