Triple Threat achievement bugged?

I'm trying to 100% the game so this is pretty important. I can't get the triple threat achievement for the life of me. I do a chapter replay elite on soviet installation, wait until all 3 guys are at the generator, and kill all 3 at the same time with one blast. I've done this 6 times in a row, and it refuses to give me the achievement. Do I need to use a specific shotgun or something??

I don't think it is bugged in any way, because I'm trying to get all the achievements as well and I unlocked 'Triple Threat' while ago without any issues.

This is exactly what I did and I got the achievement on the first try.

My problem isn't with the method. I can get three kills with a single shot, but the achievement just does not want to pop for me.

In that case lock your FPS at 60 and then try getting the achievement again. Running this game in more than 60+ frames sometimes causes weird issues like physics getting really wonky, so maybe that's the problem in your case.

I got this achievement easily in the Lara's Nightmare. 3 zombies coming through the doorway go down easily with one good shot.
