Ancient Cistern won't grey out

Does someone else have this issue that the map icon for that Tomb doesn't gray out after completing it? Is it just a visual issue or a real bug? The map shows 3/3 Tombs finished.

Having the same issue here. My soviet installation and geothermal valley is at 100% complete. i cleared all dungeons and even got my woman of the people achievement. Anyone has this problem too and able to help? My "Tomb Raider" achievement is still showing 8/9 tombs cleared in one playthrough.

Oh i see, i tot that i m the only 1. Hope there's patch to fix this.

Have any of you tried exiting the game to the main menu without saving & returning? That usually clears this problem up for me.
I've had this happen to me 3 or 4 times & I found that for some unknown reason, even though you've read the codex, the game doesn't register it. My solution was to return to the Tomb to make sure the codex was read & registered.
As for the achievements, my "achievement" counter(?) is busted. My game will not register achievements. I've read this might be due to the new patch.

I also have this issue. Can't believe it's not fixed. Tried closing game and restarting client. Tried deleting profile.dat, nothing works. I read codex at Ancient Cister already but the tomb is still white, thinking I havn't done it

According to what I'm reading Mighty Turtles, Square Enix advices to play the game over.
Yes, it's a bug, and no I haven't read that it'll be patched by Nixxes.

But I got other weird issue. Siberian Wilderness not have any mission active, but the game show me it have 1. Does anyone else get that?

The mission was loot 3 dead enemies. You did that.

No. It's a challenge, not a mission. I'm not get this when I was a pirate, but now as a legally owner, I got it. As bonus, I guess. Prrrr! =.=
