Skip the Launcher
Hi. If you want to skip the launcher for game you can easily do so.
Just find the game in your library
right click and select properties
in the General tab (first tab) choose startup options
and in the text box type -nolauncher
save and the next time you start the game it will go right into the game.

It's just one screen so not that big of a deal.

True. That's why I wasn't complaining about it. But I just happened to try putting in the option, and it worked. So I figured I would share it with others.

It would be nice if the launcher had controller input. I don't like launching the game with my controller, and the pulling out the keyboard to click on Start and then picking up the controller again. Not abig deal. I'm fine either way, but if I can make soemthingwork better for my own purposes why wouldn't I?

Hope it helps someone. If not that's fine, too.

Your comment is as senseless and as needless as that launcher! It's not just "one screen" as if it only happens once when the game is installed--it happens every time the game is loaded! If I play the game twenty times, then I have to see that screen twenty ****ing times, dude! That's 20 screens! Count them!
So many people just don't get this. If you're trying to get your overclock juuuuust right or to dial in your settings, or both, you're going to see that screen 15-100 times in a day. That just makes you hate whoever is mentioned on it.

thanks! it works flawless. gamepad + bigpicture + couch player here, always hate to drop my gamepad stand from my couch, get close to my pc to grab the mouse and then click "play" and then get back to the couch, get my gamepad and keep playing.
