Achievements not unlocking

I don't really care about achievements but I noticed I wasn't unlocking any while playing. I have played 12 hours of the game, I'm at 34% completion and I have only unlocked 9 achievements. I checked the achievements list and about half of them I know I have completed but are still locked.

The Steam overlay seems to be working fine because I have used it for screen shots etc at least ten time through my play through.

Either way I'm not too worried about it I just wanted to post something to get a discussion started if there is a problem or if it's just my situation.

Yeah, the same is happening to me... Most of them are unlocking but the ones like Translate a monolith or kill someone stealkthily while hes having a conversation are still locked even though i did them... annoying

ME too i have 95% of the game and most of achievement are not validate :(

I was wondering if I was the only person this happened to. Doesn't even show that I entered the prophets tomb at the very beginning of the game.

100% game and 87/103 achievements completed here. No problems

I have 85/103 unlocked. There are achievements that won't unlock for some and there are achievements that won't unlock for everyone.

1) Avid Shopper won't unlock for some, it will unlock for others.

2) Score Attacks will not unlock for everyone, except for Baba Yaga ones and Gilded.

3) People who preloaded and did not restart steam before playing will be missing a few achievements if the do not do the workaround (search the game guides for Lost Achievements).

I've almost finished the game but early achievements like translating an a monolith and headshot an enemy from far away haven't unlocked. I'm sure there are more I should have received. Is there any way of making the achievement tracker "restart" or something?

Score attack achievements, Endurance and Baba Yaga must be ACTIVATED in menu ( challenges ) before the game. All achievements are OK.

STFU moron. You have no clue. Now 91/103 and Avid Shopper still bugs for some, including me. The only way we can get it is if we wipe user data folder. Score Attack required fixing yesterday which Nixxes confirmed.

So if we delete our local user folder when it pulls the save from cloud sync the achievements that never unlocked will unlock?

You need to disable steam cloud synchronization if you want to get the achievements.

Some of them you have to unlock while having the challenge activated.

So, I played through a Chapter Replay just now and got the "Gilded" AND "Well Begun is Half Done" Achievements, and I only played one Time Attack level. Even if it would've been Time Attack, the score wasn't even close to a gold medal.

Also, the Achievements "Reading the Past", "English Pedigree", "One-Sided Conversation" and "Challenging" are still locked for me, and I just finished my 100% playthrough.
These Achievements need a fix asap

i bought all items in the store (Sowjet) from the guy and no achivement unlocked for me.

Hmmm, it says I've got Gilded even though I haven't gotten a gold medal. I can barely get a bronze one. Don't know if it's a bug or not, but I didn't unlock the avalanche achievement until half way through the game.
