Side Quest - Crow.

Jesus, i'm searching a LOT for this DAMN crow, is the third side mission you can take from the guy of lockpick, so, can someone help me telling me where the hell is this crow?

Mee too, is not that easy to think of found a green crow.

The bird you need is not really flying around alot, its for the most part perched somewhere. Look for a small green circle in the sky, thats the one you want, Each time I found him he was 1 sitting atop a banner to the enterance to one of the buildings, other times I found him pearched the highest peak in that area, But I don't rush around tracking it down, i go do other stuff, when i come back it's just sitting waiting.

the bird with the message mission in the Soviet Installation?
it also shows in normal game view when you are near it.
just use the map, you'll see a pulsating circle...I just leave the cabin/shack after activating the mission and it's always perched above the other cabin...just shoot it with the rifle...mission completed...takes less than a minute to complete...if you go towards it and get near it will fly away.
It's the easiest and fastest side mission in the game.

Once you exit the shack where you get the mission, look for the bird on top of the sign at the "gate" where you first met the first Remnant man who needs you to clear out the den of wolves. Once you draw your bow to kill it (or gun or whatever weapon you're using) it probably will fly away to the top of the cave at the saw mill area. You can kill it then. It's not necessary to "collect" the message; the game will tell you to return. Mission complete.
