Don't run FRAPS with RotTR

I don't know why, it seems like more and more games are for some reason anti-FRAPS. Add RotTR to that list. For some reason I was able to play with the FPS counter in FRAPS running for like an hour, and then the game crapped itself and kept crashing at the main menu, I couldn't even restart my save.

Close FRAPS, game works just fine. Just thought I'd let anyone know if they're having issues.

FRAPS is outta support for almost 3 years now. I'm surprised by people who wish to cling on to it for much longer, when there are so many free alternatives available.

Like? I've noticed too that many games don't like FRAPS (in a way Steam Overlay dies with FRAPS for some titles) but I'm yet to find a good alternative.

I have no issues with fraps ...dont know what to tell u

fraps is fine for me. I could not get the work while running Afterburner though...

Weird, I have both Afterburner and FRAPS running, no problems.

Like I've said, FRAPS is 3 years outta date, and that looks like a permanent thing. It isn't worth half a day's time to figure out the cause anymore.

Yes but earlier you're talking about not able to run FRAPS with Afterburner.

no that is not what I said at all. I said FRAPS will work but I cant get Afterburner to work.
