Rise of the Tomb Raider Pre-Purchase vs. Day One Edition

We’ve seen some discussions on the content difference between pre-purchasing Rise of the Tomb Raider and the Day One Edition, and would like to clarify.

If you pre-purchased Rise of the Tomb Raider on Steam, you received a free download of Tomb Raider (2013), the Sparrowhawk DLC pack, and the Remnant Resistance DLC pack. Each pack includes an outfit, weapon, and card pack.

If you purchase the Rise of the Tomb Raider Day One Edition – available until 9 AM PST February 4th – you receive a 10 percent discount and the Remnant Resistance DLC pack. The full download for Tomb Raider (2013) and the Sparrowhawk DLC pack are not included in this offering.

And why are these two packs (Sparrowhawk DLC pack, and the Remnant Resistance DLC) not included in PC's Rise of the Tomb Raider - Collector´s Edition?

You should probably call Square Enix's customer service line. I'd certainly mention to them that Meagan ignores replies on Steam.

and another stupid Owner of the Day 1 Edition: I buy this Version from Amazon Germany because they say it has the Remnant Pack on February 1. and activatet it the same Day. Game installed -> No Remnat Pack in DLC...ok ok i wait until the first Camp (Sibiria) - now i`m in Sibiria and no Remnant Pack in Sight.......SO WHEN IT COMES ? Please tell me !

You should see it in your steam library in the DLC section if you have it i believe, just under the achievements bit.

I just got the season pass but i won't get the pre order DLC ? that Sparrowhawk pack looks pretty good..

Sparrowhawk DLC wasn't that amazing. I'd rather have the discount, personally.
