As for the replay value, there are new features that weren't available in TR2013 like Chapter Replay, Score Attack and community created missions. Each replay can be unique by using expedition cards, which alter the gameplay add new challenges, advantages or make cosmetic, but funny changes. So I'd say it's pretty good in that regard.

Edit: It took me about 12 hours to finish it but I didn't go back to do half the tombs or find collectible stuff. I didn't replay after I finished it but I will be buying it again of PC.
But do you get to keep all the weapons you collected from previous chapters when you replay othe chapters?
Like for example you got a shotgun in chapter 5 and you want to replay chapter 4 but do you get to use that shotgun you got it from chapter 5 and use it on chapter 4 or you dont?
There's an option to replay missions with your stuff and save progress.
I think that there is a tonne of replay for this game. I owned it first on the Xbox 360 and completed just the story and tombs but ignored the secrets mainly. I then purchased an Xbox One during Black Friday and ROTTR. While playing I wanted to do EVERYTHING and in my "first" playthrough of the game I clocked up over 40 hours just doing everything.
I'm now playing through the game on Survivor difficulty and again doing everying. I'd also purchased the Season Pass which gives you access to Endurance Mode and Baba Yaga. Endurance Mode is challenging and addictive. I've now clocked up about 115 hours with the game.
Even if you just want to experience the story and pick stuff up afterwards, you can still do that. The great thing about the collectables in this game is that they tell their own stories and go further into the history of the game.
Just so you can see my stats for the game :) https://twitter.com/Weealbet/status/692865130229428226/photo/1
The map is procedurally generated each time you play it. It never plays the same way twice and you can use different cards on it to make it easier and/or harder. It's quite the challenge but very fun to do!
