No... the closest thing you will find his one of the tank top variants. You do get a very unique Tomb Raider armor as Laferme said, the Immortal Guardian suit.

The Creators stated that they wanted a more realistic Lara that people would actually care about (outside of the now infamous sex symbol). So they focused on making her realistic but still beautiful.

This is a direct quote from Wikipedia, about Square Enix vision of Lara Croft, and it explains why here boobs, butt, and outfits aren't the same as they were in previous Tomb Raider entries:

"In late 2010, Square Enix announced a franchise reboot titled Tomb Raider; the new Lara Croft would be a darker, grittier reimagining of the character. In examining the character, Crystal Dynamics concluded that Croft's largest failing was her "Teflon coating", and that it needed a more human version that players would care about. The studio sought a new voice actress, trialling dozens of relatively unknown performers. The second reboot focuses on the origin of the character, and as a result, changes the previous back story. Staff opted to first work on the character's biography rather than cosmetic aspects. Crystal Dynamics sought to avoid the embellished physique of past renditions and pushed for realistic proportions. In redesigning the character's appearance, the designers began with simple concepts and added features that it felt made Lara Croft iconic: a ponytail, "M-shaped" lips, and the spatial relationship between her eyes, mouth, and nose. The company also changed the character's wardrobe, focusing on what it believed was more functional and practical. In designing the outfits, staff aimed to create a look that was "relevant" and "youthful", but not too "trendy" or "hip". To gauge the redesign, Crystal Dynamics conducted eye tracking studies on subjects who viewed the new version and previous ones."

Yet in the last game they added jiggle to her butt, added in breast jiggle as well (you need a patcher to turn it on though), and have her constantly making sexual gasping sounds. This isn't about making her more "realistic"or less of a "sex symbol" (lmao you see her back the whole time you play the classics, totally sexist :steamfacepalm:); it's about making a version of her they consider less "problematic."

There's that word again.
What a shame.

Maybe in the next game she will either shave her hair or color it bright pink.

Next game she will be an otherkin who identifies as a raided tomb.

To OP.

Syberia, where it can reach -70c at certain times of the winter..
Wants short shorts.

How hypothermic do you want Lara to become >.<
She is already neglecting proper headwear, pants and gloves for that environment..

It's already bad enough that she went to Syberia wearing skin tight pants.
Let alone if she were to do it wearing shorts.

I know you're craving them in a nostalgic way, but come on.. lol.

I believe realism went out the window long ago, so that's not much of an argument.

It most definitely is an argument, when you crave realism in games as much as I do :p

Eh in the third Tomb Raider she was wearing arctic gear. The only time she wore short shorts in cold weather was in TR2 when she was in Tibet, and even then it could be argued that it was during a warm enough period given all the pools of melted ice and snow.

Bikini

Lara needs a bikini.

There isn't really any sexy outfit.

She could wear hot pants in Syria.

After all it's just a game.

Diving into ice-cold water and walking around dripping wet afterwards isn't realistic either.

So what everyone wants is a bit more "realism" so that her boobs and butt sway, and perhaps a slightly large boob set so that you notice but not large enough to have players actually accuse the game of making her a "sex symbol"? Just don't overdue it, and that's fine by me. Just make sure that when you ask for "larger" porportions, they are still realistic... so don't go into "it's obvious there too big" territory.

As for clothing: they won't give you a very "revealing" outfit based on what I've read (and posted above), but they might give you more outfits like tank tops (again, more revealing but not blantantly so... and with the "larger" boobs everyone wants, there will be less complaining) if she goes into the Amazon Rain Forest where it's much warmer and more appriopriate/realistic for the third game.
