I miss the old Lara

So I finished the game and all can think is... I miss Lara from Legend/Underworld games T___T. She was just so confident, witty, athletic, sophisticated *continues swooning* I thought this new Lara was very bland in comparison and the uninspired writing doesn't do her any favors at all.
I'd hoped she would get a personality change after the last game but sadly she didn't change that much if at all ._.

It's dawning on me now that we might never get old Lara Croft back along with big "tomb" levels with infuriating puzzles, globetrotting and Croft Manor exloration ;_;

Anyways, just wanted to vent a little and hear what other like-minded people think so thanks for reading :3

We most likely will not. The current generation of console kids cannot handle the epic levels we had in the old Core Design classics. It is just a fact of life... good thing we still have the old classinc Core Design games to play!

Yes, core design games are the best. So much fun. Had the best puzzles. Not Legend/Underworld.

i am stuck on the original tombraider though , i opened the door went through a section and fell in a pit and i think you are meant to jump up but there doesn't seem any way to jump out and there is no other way out. What am i supposed to do ?

Yeah, too fun to die because you jump 1cm too far on the right with no visibility and redo 1h of puzzle. Classic fun.

You could look on you tube for a walkthrough for the level your on.

Just save often. I always save before tricky jumps. Never had a problem.

I play it at the time (no youtube), don't have the patience now. But i'm just trolling because i'm tired of everybody saying than the old game are better. They are both good and both are stupid things in and a lot of "old" games are too frustrating for a lot of reason.

you "guess"? its quite clear its a literal FACT she cant write worth ♥♥♥♥ as evidenced by the game.
