Avid Shopper achievement is glitched?

Just bought last item (rifle) from the shop and didn't get the achievement. As you can see on screenshot my shop is absolutely empty, meaning I bought everything. Does anyone know if there any way to get this achievement without replaying the game and hoping that it will not glitch again?

I'm the opposite. I got the first two tools by progressing in the game and purchased everything else in the shop, just like rahmanrefat16 and rayray, but it did *not* pop for me. Seems to work for some but not others...

I got Avid Shopper now. I went back to an earlier save to try buy the first two tools, but only had a save where I could buy the Enhancement Tool. When I did my Survivor run, I bought the Crafting Tool but it still did not pop... But when I later bought everything else (but not buying tools #2 and #3), it then popped when I bought the final item (Rifle). Pretty weird way to get there, but at least it popped in the end!

This achievement was glitched for me, too, on my first playthrough on a normal difficulty (bought everything during regular progress and the achievement did not popup once I bought the last item). I am now in the final phase of the playthrough on the hardest difficulty, and I have been saving coins from the very beginning, not buying anything. When I had enough coins, went to the shack, bought everything in one go, and the achievement popped out. good luck to all!

Replayed the whole game for this achievement as it did not pop up the first time => didn't work either :(

I think the problem ist that one of the weapon upgrade tools has to be purchased (you can only purchase one and it does not matter which level it has). But it is very hard to find the necessary coins. Even after finding all hidden coin caches, I did not have enough coins for all items.
Also you must avoid opening the strongboxes (some contain these tools).

2. Purchase all items from the supply shack.

I'll try it after I finish 100% of the game on the normal difficulty
