I can't craft molotovs

In the soviet instalation, when you have to throw a molotov to 4 guys, I just can't craft the molotov for no reason, it's bugged.

What do I do?

You need to hold a bottle in your hand, have Cloth in your inventory, and hold middle mouse button until you make molotov.

If you are playing with keyboard and mouse, hold middle mouse button (click down on the mouse wheel) to craft. If you are using a controller, its the secondary fire button which is the right bumper by default
