Though your card probably wont be able to handle it at an acceptable framerate.
Besides if someone doesn't have a DX11+ GPU or OS. They don't have a chance in hell of properly running this title.
A GT750M will probably struggle hard at low settings already, there's no point in trying. Just FYI my old GTX760 can run ultra on TR but only high on RoTTR on ok fps. The jump in hardware requirements was massive.
I just don't get how that's acceptable. I understand being happy just to be able to play the game, but that's not how the game was designed to be played, even on a console man. Couldn't you just go buy a console and at least have a decent 30fps(ish) at 900p?
You can't afford these? These are DX11 and 11.1 cards.

I bought the XFX RX460 @ Best Buy in the US for $139.00. The VisionTeck version of this card was $10.00US cheaper than the XFX. Alas, they had no VisionTek in stock.
