Getting back to Baba Yaga ?

Hi there, i finished the Baba Yaga Questline but wasn't able to collect all documents within the witch lair because i didn't have the cool climbing rope you get from Sofia later.
So i left, thought i will return later when i got the rope.
I play on Survivor difficulty (you have to activate campfires manually with wood) and unfortunately i forgot to activate the base camp at the witchs lair.
As i now wanted to return to retrieve the missing documents i realised I can't because of two reasons:

1) I can't fast travel to the base camp at the witchs lair because i never activated it.
2) I can't take the normal way, because the elevator is at the top, and i can't call it by pulling the lever (like i did the first time). (It won't change to rope arrows once I aim at it)

Is there a way to get back on top ? Because I wanted to do 100%.

Ever have any luck with this? I just found out I'm in the same boat as you, I never noticed there was a campfire at the lair.

EDIT: Spoke too soon. I quit the game in front of the lever to try and find a no-clip solution so I could get back up there. When I continued my save, the house had suddenly teleported in front of me and I could pull the lever. Got up there and hit the campfire this time.

same here, just did reload checkpoint and gondola was there and lever worked.
