Increased Controller Sensitivity

Coming from a console first background I'm somewhat new to the PC gaming scene and really play 3rd person games for the most part and love it. Unfortunately it seems that the controller speed is somewhat slow for a majority of games available. Tomb Raider Series, Arkham Series, Shadow of Mordor, and Phantom Pain being the most current. Witcher 3 is awesome and have no issues with.

Tried looking into solutions however can't seem to find how to increase controller input speed at all. This isn't surprising since the majority that play on PC use a mouse & keyboard however was wondering if anyone knows what to look for to fix. Any direction would really help.

Added note: I do max any in game controller settings, max speed is still too slow for my liking.
