Edit; I'm pretty sure that's the part where you need to find the ingredients (flowers) for the antidote. That's why there is so many, they grow in several locations.
Curious, does it say you have "Baba Yaga" installed in your game library?
Also did you accept a mission from "Nadia" in the Soviet Installation. She is one of the remnants and gives out this quest like any other remnant npc would.
Edit: Plus I have completed all the extra missions for that map area.
Have you gone to one of those pink horned markers to see if you can gather the flowers?
Try that. If not, I'm guessing it's a map marker glitch.
Verify your game cache. If it's still there after, I suggest accepting another mission. I know you said you completed all the missions there, but there are more at Geothermal Valley from the NPC's.
Or, just buy the dlc! I highly recommend all of it but the Baba Yaga is a very cool extra mission in my opinion.
maybe not that quest or there random but those are the dlc markers
...Blocking out the scenery. Breaking my mind. Do this! Don't do that! Can't you read the signs?
