If you want a decent story DLC, you're only choice is Baba Yaga
If you want a ultimate survive the wilderness DLC, get Endurance
If you want a part horde survival/sneak around, tower puzzle solving DLC, then get Cold Darkness
The question you should ask isn't "are any of them worth the money" becuase everyone is going to tell you their answers based on whether or not they "liked" the DLC or if they wanted to play that "type" of DLC. Take vincent_vermont for example. He has every right to tell you his opinion, but you're opinion is the important one here.
You need to explain what you are looking for, then we can tell you which DLC are worth your time, because they are all well-built enough to be worth the money. Which ones of the 3 will you play?
Thanks for the response, I'll get Babag Yaga and CDA
Is that what we get? Nope, we get zombies because apparently Lara Croft is smarter than the developers and they can't come up with and real tomb raiding experience worthy of her talents. Thank god for zombies eh Tomb Raider devs? Zombies are easy and you don't have to think hard to make ♥♥♥♥ up for them.
nice of you not to mention the facts that dont support your opinion.
now go back to your fallout4 little fanatic doggy
On topic:
In my opinion Endurance mode is a great mode that can add like 10-20 more hours EASLY.
babayaga is also a great ingame side mission. which is really fun.
Zombie mode is doll, you play it once for an hour and thats it. i dont feel like even repeating it.
The Fallout DLC was only $29.99 at release, only much later (last month, in fact) did it go up. Nice of you not to mention that, LOL! Ooops! Strange you didn't mention that - one has to wonder why. I'm just pointing out the facts - which obviously you have an infantile problem with, since you feel a need to attack me for dealing in facts. I love ROTTR as I previously stated - pointing out that I don't think the DLC is a good value shouldn't provide you with a reason to attack me - it's just my opinion. One has to wonder why you are so insecure that you feel a need to attack somone who has a differing opinion that you do.
Baba Yaga: I enjoyed it whilst it lasted. Probably took me about 1-2 hours to playthrough, then an hour or maybe 2 to go around getting all the achievements. Then I did a couple of the chapter replay/score attack runs, probably got another hour or so out of that.
Had a bit of an annoying bug with the lanterns so couldn't get that achievement. :/
It was fun, I liked the trippyness of the toxin bit, but I didn't find the story all that interesting and it was over too quickly. Only really getting maybe 5-6 hours out of it in total and being underwhelmed by it in general seems like not that good value for the £6.99 individual price.
The outfit is alright, kinda fun, but not my favourite. I did enjoy the special bow you get though.
Endurance Mode: I think this is a really good mode. I enjoyed the challenge of it and how it offers something different than what the rest of the game does. I like the big open map which has a really nice atmosphere, with a feeling of being isolated in a confusing cold forest. It's great the whole randomness of the mode.
The tombs in it are ok, a bit similar though, and the traps, especially the spike pits annoyed me a bit. But like I say I enjoyed the mode a lot and I definitely think it is worth the individual price. I probably got maybe 30-40 hours of really fun play time of out of it, so definitely good value for money in my eyes. Although if playing another survival type mode without much story isn't something you're interested in, you might not like it.
Cold Darkness Awakens: Well similarly to Baba Yaga I was a bit underwhelmed by it. It's a zombie mode, which kinda carries on the narrative from Baba Yaga. I guess if you enjoy that you'll enjoy this. It's not terrible I guess but I played it like once for about an hour and don't really feel like going back to it. If you're looking for more story type content then you might be happy with it but I honestly think it's overpriced for what it is.

I got the season pass and I got all the stuff like that. I think the season pass is pretty good value as far as season passes go, although if I hadn't done that I would probably have been happy with just buying Endurance mode and not the other two things.
I respect that you don't like the DLCs available, but if you don't like puzzles, then you should not be playing Tomb Raider. The Tower puzzles (while they need tweaking and some upgrades) are the sort of thing myself and some others have been waiting to see. Gives us hope for the next game.
Endurange mode - Yes. Closest thing to an actual Tomb Raider game you'll be playing with "Rise" of the Tomb Raider.
Cold Darkness - No clue. I'm not even going to bother playing it if it's Yet Another Zombie Game and is just more shoot-em-up ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Everything else - Do you enjoy horse armor? Do you enjoy pointless costumes that for the most part are just window dressing for your character? And when they aren't, provide minimal buffs and zero debuffs? Then you'll like this DLC.
