Is there a black tank top in the campaign?
I saw some Youtube videos showing one in the outfit select screen. I tried Googling it, but I can't find info on how to get it.

There is no black tank available.
There might have been one for pre-order (xbox).

I think it's grey. I forget what the outfit's called but I got it after finishing the game or clearing the pit of judgement. Long khaki pants paired up with it.
