Snowflake missing?

Why has "Snowflake" disappeared from the weapons menu? Anyone with the same problem?

VOIDHAMMER (DLC Skin)

This is part of the Cold Darkness Awakened DLC pack, which is available separately or as part of the Season Pass. Its stats are identical to the Break-Action Shotgun, above, but it has a slightly different look with some brass accents.

SNOWFLAKE (DLC Skin)

This is part of some DLC pack or Community Reward yet to be announced. When I have details, I will add them here. Its stats are identical to the Military Rifle, above, but it has an arctic camo paint job.

Mu game has the 'snowflake'(it's 1 of the 6 assault rifles) but to be honest I have no idea where it came from.

Thank you Lucas. I originally thought Snowflake was part of Cold Darkness as it showed up in my inventory around that time. II was informed that it is a community reward, but have no clue as to which community I got rewarded with...lol.

the Square Enix community....we have to be connected not only to Steam but Square Enix as well to use the 'card's and be able to play others maps.

NOTE: the max outfits the game can handle is 33....game will crash if you go beyond..also do not bother trying to unlock any DLC outfits or weapons if you don't have the DLC.

what weapons are you missing?
the only other unlocker is a DLC unlocker....if you mean the 'snowflake'....that is in an unreleased DLC called 'airdrop'(Rust Henley/snowflake rifle)....you would need that DLC(.nfo) file and then use the DLC unlocker to get that. I can't post DLC here; the above unlocker will give you the missing 'rattle snake' revolver as that is already in the game code.

is this the updated one that unlocks the 'classic skins'?(need 20th Celeb. DLC).If so make sure you don't exceed 33 outfits. I think there's a total of 36 now

If you have Cold Darkness, rescue 8 prisoners & voidhammer will be available in-game as soon as you get the shotgun.
