You have NOT found all the coin caches. By the time I rescue Jacob in the gulag, I have a minimum 119 coins in my inventory. I purchase suppressor, rope ascender & laser. By the time I reach Geothermal (Ruins camp) I've got another 185 (approximately) to purchase the grenade launcher. By the time I reach the Acropolis, I have enough to purchase the crafting tool for leveling up my weapons (175 coins). By the time I finish the tomb in the Kitezh, I've got enough coins to purchase the Commando outfit, the military style auto rifle & the military shotgun.
BTW: some coin caches are shown in-map, others are not.

Just keep playing. Make sure to unlock the abilities that help you find the caches easier. But I thought the same thing too when I first saw that store like how will I ever afford that crap? But later on you can buy every item in there...

what dificulty did you play ? i'm already on the necropolis , with 175 and i only see 5 caches that i didnt have how to reach yet or pacience to backtrack,so lets say 5 coins each, that still leaves me with 200 coins, and only enough for one upgrade !! or 3 acessories.

i believe i'm in the final turn of the game no ?

I think there MIGHT be a npc that gives you coins for doing tombs

Yes there is that woman in the Geothermal Valley. However it is not the main source for coins. You need to explore.

You also get more coins per cache the more caches you find. By the time you reach the end game if you keep up looking for them they start giving 25 coins instead of 7.

I play on Seasoned Raider.
Necropolis? Do you mean Acropolis? That's close to half way through the game.
Monoliths expose the "known" coin caches. There are lots of unmarked coins through out the game. Prime example is Gathering Storm. There's 1 coin cache sitting in plain view that is not marked on the map.
Siberia & Soviet Installation give 2 coins for each stash of coins you find (marked & unmarked).
Geothermal Valley gives you 5 coins for each stash you find (marked & unmarked).
By the time you reach Kitezh, you're getting 7 coins for each stash you find (marked & unmarked). In various spots throughout the game (once past Geothermal) there are stashes that will give 15 & 25 coins for each stash you find.
This last play through, since I didn't buy the Commando outfit nor the 2 weapons for sale, I had over 450 coins left in my inventory.
The coins are there; you have to be ever vigilant to find them.
