BTW: some coin caches are shown in-map, others are not.
i believe i'm in the final turn of the game no ?
Necropolis? Do you mean Acropolis? That's close to half way through the game.
Monoliths expose the "known" coin caches. There are lots of unmarked coins through out the game. Prime example is Gathering Storm. There's 1 coin cache sitting in plain view that is not marked on the map.
Siberia & Soviet Installation give 2 coins for each stash of coins you find (marked & unmarked).
Geothermal Valley gives you 5 coins for each stash you find (marked & unmarked).
By the time you reach Kitezh, you're getting 7 coins for each stash you find (marked & unmarked). In various spots throughout the game (once past Geothermal) there are stashes that will give 15 & 25 coins for each stash you find.
This last play through, since I didn't buy the Commando outfit nor the 2 weapons for sale, I had over 450 coins left in my inventory.
The coins are there; you have to be ever vigilant to find them.
oh okay, you just cleared it up for me,i though i was already going for endgame confrontation, cos it seemed like it, i'm more confortable now.
