When I chatted with Steam about PS network & Steam, I was told incompatibility between the 2 networks & files. I have to assume the same for Xbox.
Here's the good news. You don't need to finish the game to play the DLCs. Baba Yaga DLC is in-game & you can play it anytime once you've activated the mission (walk to the Sawmill in Soviet after rescuing the prisoner). Cold Darkness DLC you do not have to finish the game as Cold is a stand alone DLC. Same with Endurance, it's a stand alone DLC.
The only time you would want to have a totally-skilled up Lara is for the "arcade style" games, i.e., Score Attack, Chapter Replay & Chapter Replay Elite as Lara is at whatever level you finished the game at. What I cannot find out is which game those arcard-style games use Lara. Is it the first game you complete, the 10th, etc.
I did find this link. Beware, it's for Skyrim(?) and may or may not be helpful to you:

Thank you for your message, Well after I snet this question out, I start to play it because I realized maybe this impossible. Seems I already finished 58% of game. Maybe I will keep play it after the New DLC release.
