Campaign from start to finish, sans cut-scenes, 2 days for me at 100% completion (with Baba Yaga).
I'm 24-30 hours into Cold Darkness and have maybe 10hrs Endurance (guestimations). Have spent 40hrs playing Remnant Resistance/Chapter Replay & Elite. Love playing the Remnant Resistance player created scenarios.
Compared to the first game there are more in game things to do like tombs, quests, and more upgrades. There is a replay mode, unlike the first game, where you don't have to restart the game to replay a level.
I can't say much about the DLC since I don't own it, but I am guessing it wouldn't take too long to complete.
What's your longest Endurance run, and how does it compare to those atop the leaderboard? Also, do they amp up the difficulty for this mode? In other words, is it harder to kill enemies and animals, and easier to die, vs Hard mode in the campaign?
I just read there's another of the 3 DLC that is a wave survival type situation in Siberia. I'm kinda disappointed there's only one story DLC, with only 3 hours worth of gameplay. I thought from what I first heard that at least two of the DLC were story missions, but obviously not.
Score Attack, if you give it honest efforts in doing your best is many, many hours of gameplay.
Endurance runs (when you do good long ones) take 2-3 hours each. Cold Darkness (normally) takes about 2 hours per run, unless you continue to just wonder around and kill the infected, which with the save and quit system you can do forever practically.
So at minimum you'd get 30, and you can get hundreds of hours out of it. I'm at over 300 hours, and that's from the game modes rather than the campaign itself.
My longest Endurance run is officially 25 days, but I managed to survive 32 days before getting killed. Not bad... Yes they do! The more days you pass, the hungrier and colder you get. As far as the difficulty is concerned, it all depends on you. You can play it the easy way with Survival Instinct on, but personally, I don't find it really challenging so I disable it and play in Survival difficulty.
For the "Cold Darkness Awakened", it's not really a zombie wave thing, more a map with ennemies who'll run for you if you're not discreet, but it's really cool, I like it.
