Missing strongbox?

So I've only got one more strongbox to get. Apparently. Hovering over Soviet Installation on the map and it tells me I've got 13/14 strongboxes. However all the strongboxes in the Soviet Installation are marked as found. I've also done all 5 of the missions.

Any ideas?

I know which sttong box this is. It took me forever to find it. I found it by going up to where its showing on thr map, and dropping down below it. Theres a cave where you have to use explosives to get in. Thats where the strong box is

Here's how to find it:

It's on the lowest level of the map before you head up to the to the goodies vendor, its on the bank of the frozen stream, not too far east of the wolf icon on the map. Look for a small building, there's a small antenna thingy (from a previous mission) on the corner of the building. There's like a large rusted production tank right beside it, has a yellow ladder on it. Just to the left of that, is a cave entrance. You'll need an explosive device to get in.

I found this after I beat the game, so I had explosive arrows. If it's your first playthru, you can TRY grabbing a gas can from the nearby lumber mill, but I've found carried objects despawn after a certain distance.
