Did I miss the lockpick?
OK, so I got the quest to destroy the transmitters and completed it but the guy wasn't visble when I went back, I noticed that the building near him had basement that was only accesable if you had rope, so I decided to play until i got that then come back. Two hours later I've escaped from trinity with jacob and there's no lock pick dude to be found. So, did I miss the lock pick? If so is there any console command or such so I don't have to replay 2 hours of content? Will the guy just spawn at a new location?
