new game plus / or new game with full equipment ?

hello all !
due to the lack of a new game+ mode, i want to ask if anyone has an idea, how i could start a new game with all perks and items unlocked ?

just repeating the story would be the same gameplay for me. with my next walkthrough i really would love to play with a higher difficultie but with all items available, just.... for my fun.

any hints? cheats? mods?

gosh.... i still dont understand why the developers dont simply add this new game plus-mode....

What you are looking for is an unlocker, which by the way is not "illegal" and won't get you a VAC ban. Using a cheat engine will get you a VAC ban. Here's a link to a post here, which will give you an unlocker, which will give you all weapons/outfits.

did you try Expedition mode?? do you have any of the DLC's installed? New story content is unavailable, you want more goto expidition mode. Hint's=Spoilers, Cheats, "really" (your kidding rite) Mods= I just told where. (sorry how i worded that, its raining here, i hate the rain)

Well they kind of did with Chapter Replay Elite where you will start out with all you had in your latest save game...

This game has no VAC, so go ahead, use Cheat Engine all you want. ;)

I wouldn't trust the Player who said Rise doesn't have a VAC ban. He's been VAC banned before for using a cheat engine.

not sure for what the VAC bann is good for at this game.... with no... multiplayer (yeah not the coop)

According to Steam you cannot use anything that gives you an "unfair advantage" over another player. Since most of the Rise game files are stored on Steam and only Endurance is where another player comes into play here, I'm not sure you could get an unfair advanted.
I don't believe in cheat engines, Gilgatadh, so I'm rather "rude" when it comes to cheating.
I provided you the link for unlocking outfits & weapons. I know for a fact that is not illegal thru Steam.
I do not have a clue if a cheat engine for Rise could be detected.
I don't want to see you get banned, is all.

thing is you still will have to start from 'scratch' as far as skills, ammo capacity, etc.
you would have to add using a trainer to give you 'infinite ammo/arrows','infinite resources', or 'crafting-no resources required'...etc....with those 2 programs; that's about as close to a new game + anyone can get. the last trainer tho' is for 751...the current rottr is 753.

They should do a NG+ but make it so you only have the bow, nothing else. ;D

They 'll never ever add a NG+ to this game.
They want you to use the expeditions mode and spend credits on cards, and eventually real money to buy said credits.

tbf, though, if you already managed to beat the game once with a high % completition, you'll get a fair number of weapons at your disposal as soon as you unlock a slot.

Speaking of cheat engine, it's great for outfits and nothing else. you'll be able to unlock weapons only after you're supposed to get said weapons anyway. also, you won't need most of the skills until the "storm" encounter, cause up to that point enemies fall like flies.

if you want to just go around and blast some bad guys, replay chapter elite is more than enough: chances are you won't even need to use cards, and also outfit cards are permanent.

There is an easy exploit to make 1 million credits in less than a few minutes, so I can buy cards every single session. The whole microtransaction thing is lame (I exploited the same in Dead Space 3), right now there are 2 ways to earn credits really fast, and I find it perfectly a legal option compared to paying for real money, yes it does screw up your endurance leaderboards, but they are already hacked so no one gives a damn.
