Missing 2 documents + 2 survival caches in geothermal valley

These are not showing on my map and ideas?

You could be missing an adventurers backpack and a survival cache in the Tomb of the Afflicted (that's where the last pickups I needed were). There's an underwater passage in there that's quite difficult to see.

Go back to Infirmary camp. Enter the open courtyard. Jump into the right hand side pool, swim to the upper corner (behind the tree stump w/mushrooms). There's an underwater entrance, so go under & swim forward. You'll see the open wall thru the water.
