Unable to return after lighting Braziers fires

I missed one of the Red Pots to light Braziers fires on the prior map, so i had to backtrack to light the last fire, Now I'm unable to the next map, there's a block of Ice filling the gap in the wall.

What can I do to move back to the next map?
Hopefully, without using a saved game feature as my last save is another 3 maps back.

Any tips on moving forward would be appreciated.

Via a campfire,... however, there are no campfires on this Map, otherwise, I''d have done that already.

Hence, why I am asking, maybe i should have stated no campfires are available

I take it you are talking about the 'enemy of my enemy' challenge in path of the deathless?

there are 2 campfires in that area.

you have to go all the way back. you can't get up to the campfire above but if you go further left/onward there is a rope to the lower cave/path. that leads to the other camp.

Nah mate,.. There was no way through, so I was forced to use a saved game option taking me back 6 maps, (I normally make a save at campfires, but i was so engrossed in the game, I'd have forgotten)
