The Communication Tower on top of a hill

There is a factory building soon after where you meet the lockpick quest person. If you climb to the 4th floor of this factory building (it has a steamroller platform on the ground floor on which is a salvage box), you can catch a rope that zip-lines you to that hill. After you land on that hill (about mid-height of the hill), there is a horizontal cleft on the rock that you can grab and shimmy to a little platform. After you jump to grab that platform, you can insert Lara sideways through a gap in the rock face. She ends up inside a little cove of rock, like a bathtub, from which it is impossible to jump out.

I haven't figured out how to get to the top of that hill, on top of which is a communication tower. That hill is right beside the 4-floor factory building, and connected by a zip-line.

This is at that point in the game where you have to destroy 5 communication towers to earn a lockpick

It is not impossible to get out. When you get into the little cove, go to the right and you will see craggy wall, climb it, follow the shimmy ledge to the left, you should see where you can jump up. Follow the path around the rock and jump on the ledge, climb the craggy wall to the top.
