When do you get the Gray Henley?

I don't have it and one of my costume mods replaces that outfit. Do you unlock it later in the game or something? I looked it up and it seems to be the outfit you have in Syria but by the time you get to a campfire, it's gone. I am at the Soviet Installation.

It becomes unlocked when you get to a certain point in the Soviet Installation.

When you get to the first open area, you'll have one objective to get around the valley walls to the upper area. There's a NPC that will sell you upgrades for coins. Just on the other side of his shack is the next area. You'll go up a ladder and slide down a rope. Story happens and once you have control of Lara, you'll have the costume automatically equipped.

Some outfits are unlocked as part of story, if you see Lara wearing it in a cutscene, it will be in your outfits after you gain control.

What mod are you trying install?

IKR? The mods are great but they should all replace the same single outfit. On top of that many have prerequisites from other mods by the same author and all need the installer from a different author. All very confusing.
