Now, I know that I restricted myself too much but I didn't know and I still don't know what the exact conditions of the achievement are. I know that it is in the main story. And that's why I played it on normal just to eliminate the possibility of 'easy level' restrictions. You know - in some games easy difficulty disables the achievement. Then I had realised that there aren't many enemies near cliffs. So, I stared to left the last 1-2 enemies in every encounter near cliffs and edges to try to kill them by mele pushing. This way I tried to eliminate the possibility of "one playthrough" restriction. And again, I didn't know if the achievement had a session restriction, so I sat and prepared to play a long session of 3-4 hours skipping the cut scenes and focusing on the gameplay. Also I regularly checked the achievements page for updates because the notification pop-up icon may not show up. I eventually got it somewhere on my first playthrough but I played carefully just to maximise the encounters. So the time may vary.
Because of this kind of annoying achievements, I do not buy games with achievements anymore. And I'm focusing on completing the games with achievements I already have. I realised that the achievements are lazy developer's trick just to make the game look that it has more value and replayability. And to hook the gamers who are "obsessive perfectionists". I know that all the modern "cool" games have achievements but by restricting myself with this "no buying games with achievements, cards and item shop economies" rule. I'm keeping myself from impulsive buying and from more gameplay troubles.
I did it in the expedition mode exactly like this video and it worked very well. Just remember that you can't die and do not reload check point, it has to be one life time and that's easy to do. I hope you can make it just like I did :)

HEY I REMEMBER WATCHING THIS !
.... So about what I rambled in my previous post!?
Well... I feel uncomfortable now... and a little embarrassed.
I remember doing the above and I concluded that was the solution.
Sorry.
Alternatively, run away from them and climb a ladder or set of ledges (short enough so you don't get shot) then back away and let them climb. They can't shoot while climbing so you just wait, then smack them in the face as they come up. If they survive... just taunt and let them come up again. Repeat as necessary.
