that game was a massive disapointment. its sad when the original trilogy were so groundbreaking and fun to play. Has tomb raider returned to raiding tombs yet or are they still working hard destroying Lara making her a politically correct man killing robot?

really ? thats amazing that they would arrogantly force another generic shooter down our throats when none of the actual fans wanted it. you could just as easily had any other crappy third person shooter or come up with a whole new cookie cutter franchize so you can do the same brainless gameplay over and over. no reason to destroy a legacy that prevoiusly existed.

I agree. Damn... I bought it today and downloading right now and you just made me regret the purchase :D

Anyway, not gonna refund because damn Wayforward isn't making a discount on the Shantae game I want so I had to spend some wallet money to prevent myself from buying it at full price :D

Square Enix is the biggest joke in the industry now. They haven't released a good game since Final Fantasy Tactics and that was a different company with actual talent.

I'm having more fun with Tomb Raider Legend than this Uncharted wannabe piece of crap. I suggest you guys grab the tomb raider bundle for 47$CAD or something while it's still on sale.
It probably isn't anymore tho...

Instead of paying for Rise of the Uncharted full price with no dlc you get all the actually good Tomb Raider games + all dlc's.
Finally if you hate Rise of the Uncharted and Tomb Raider 2013 just hide them from your library! Simple as that!

Funny little observation: Video game industry exists to generate money. Thats their one and only purpose. As long as the game sells they dont give a rats ass for its legacy or how fans of the old franchise happen to feel about it. And as it happens to be the case the Tomb Raider reboot appears to sell pretty well as it is so there is absolutely zero reason for anyone to listen to rants about the good old times. :)

Either try to enjoy the game as it is or pass and play something else instead. Personally I believe the guerillia warfare and "Rambo Girl" theme has been overdone but the game still does have enough merit of its own to be played nonetheless. Besides games with a decent female lead role like that still remain rare enough on the market nowadays to stick out. ;)

Honestly... these post are just the whine from a whiney person. and as for uncharted lol... they are a copy of tombraider itself. smh people that honestly have no idea how to compare a game to another. Like fans of elderscrolls try to compare ♥♥♥♥♥♥ skyrim to games like the witcher. cannot be done because that game did make or break a genre. now you can compare say, Morrowind because it was actually old enough to be spoken about towards another rpg. same with uncharted stop tryin' to compare that stupid ♥♥♥♥.

Well i am allways looking at the game and i rly wanna buy it but my brain gladly allways stops me. I bought the First of the reboot and its total crap. I did barely play over 2 hours and couldnt stand the scripted ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ they call a "Tomb Raider" game.

They just shamelessly copied Uncharted which is a joke.

I have rly good memories about Tomb Raider 1-4 on Ps1.

I was kinda laughing out loud when i saw a presentation of the new "Shadow of the Tomb Raider " where they were so proud that Lara can now Swim freely underwater.

Like yea what an achievment, She already could do that in freaking 1996 on the ps 1 or whatever year the first tomb raider was released.

Gaming is not for Gamers anymore. Its for casuals and so the overall quality of the games got just cut down.

Lets face it one reason gaming wasnt so popular back in the day was because casuals just werent good enough to play them. I remember watching my Sister playing TR1 on PS1. That ♥♥♥♥ was hilarious. She needed literally 5 minutes to climb a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rock.

I was so happy when i first heard about a reboot of Tomb Raider. I allways loved that series.
But man did they abused the name! This is not Tomb Raider. And the only reason this is called Tomb Raider is because its a popular brand and Lara is an Icon. This is a generic scripted Shooter.

The first 5 minutes of this game already pissed me of so much. But i was realy trying to give it a chance. But after 2 hours i just coudlnt stand the boredom. Its just aweful!
