Survival Pack Not Opening

So since day 1 of owning the game the survival pack the one u get for killing the bear still doesnt open.despite having the game for months this pack still wont open.And was wondering if anyone had any solution

Nope...I've had it since March 2016; started with the 'Cold Darkness' update....I just ignore it and never found out what is actually in the 'survival pack' :)
I've tried everything to get it to reset....I even uninstalled and re-installed Steam and redownloaded ROTTR, start a new game with no saves and it's still there.

thx for the reply i thought about reinstalling or starting a brand new game.Dont think i ll bother having read your comments.You d have thought this wouldve been fixed by now.Seems not and probably wont ever be fixed

It seems to be linked to the 'profile' we create...that's the only option I haven't tried and can think of trying but it will cause my other games not to start so I can't really do it without causing more problems.
