99% complete
I found every item in game but it still shows me as 99% complete instead of 100%. I was wondering if there's a hidden item somewhere, or if this is a bug.

if you've checked you map and every location is %100 then it's glitch..odds are you are just missing something.

Yes, odds are you missed something.
Most often it's in Geothermal Valley. A backpack & survival cache in the Infirmary.

Did you go back to Geothermal Valley to talk to Jacob's daughter after the game ended? My all areas 100% game went from 99% to 100% completion.

I found it. I missed 1 document in Syria. I didn't catch it because the Syria map is below all the other maps. Thanks for the help.
