Blood Ties - stuck at 97%

I played through the main game, and then played through the Blood Ties DLC, and found ALL the documents and relics (I have counted through them).
But the game thinks that I only got 41/42 and 53/54 respectively.
I tried to restart the game, but it is still the same. This is so deeply disappointing after all that careful effort... Any way to fix this?

Are you sure you got them all ? My last 2 were in room with mom's pictures on second flour.

All the items are "listed" in the menu, but the ones you are missing are titled "Found in the [location]". Example: "Found in the library". Something along those lines.

Yes, I finished the game prior.

Tell me if I miss anything. I've walked through the mansion several times, and can't find anything.

you are missing one in the 'Atlas De Mornay' section...#22
says it's located in Croft Manor

my list says the doc is called 'blame'...I guess the suits of armor are not considered docs. nor relics...wonder why they didn't put in the 'record player' then if they are listing all interactive objects?
don't know what relic you are missing tho'....I swear when I played Croft Manor another time after clearing the library; another doc appeared later when I returned.

I managed to find the items. Thanks again.
Having them listed among what I already found and just naming them "Located in Croft Manor" in the same font as the rest is what threw me off.

and my Region Summary,like your 1st image ...says 40/40 docs
you are missing one in the 'Atlas De Mornay' section...#22
says it's located in Croft Manor

Thanks man. A Youtube guide, which i watched to complete this achievment sad, that last document will be given u when u see some cut scene, which i didt see (wtf). I swear that when i run the game first time i collected everything, what had twinkled. The game is completly broken.

how do we know (apart from succesfully collecting ALL the items) that we have finish the game (blood ties)...?
