"Square Enix Server is unavailable."

So. I got the game a few days ago, and the most irritating thing I got so far is....

"Square Enix Server is unavailable."

I believe I am missing out "credits" rewards from completing missions in the campaign too.
I have been playing for 2 days now and there had been quite a few server downs.

Is this supposed to be normal? or I just got unlucky?

EDIT: Does anyone know, if you will get back your missing credit rewards when you completed the missions, when the game connects again? or they are gone forever?

Tell me about it! I was in the middle of an expedition mode run desperately looking for oil so I could finally call the chopper while getting constant warnings of "Square Enix Server is unavailable".

On the 11th day, the game just quit on me because it couldn't get a connection to their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ servers! 11 days! Boom! Gone just like that! No saving of my progress! I was doing so well, and I'll never get that progress back! ♥♥♥♥ Squenix!

Got the game and wanted to play with my GF endurance Coop and this wonderful message appears -_- i cant seem to figure out why? is it just like frekaing daily maintenance or just BS server(s) lol

Same here! I Was excited to finally try the coop with my boyfriend but we kept getting "Square Enix Server is unavailable". This is so irritating for me because I was going for 100% completion and now I can't play any expedition.

So is there really no fix? I just got the game and wanted to play expedition. Does this happen often or is it just bad timing?

Same issue, was playing Endurance just fine yesterday, now today servers are down. Hope they fix it soon...

I found posts that said they f*cked up their servers at launch weeks. LOL
I dont think if this continued in the last year before I started playing.

Does anyone know, if you will get back your missing credit rewards when you completed the missions, when the game connects again? or they are gone forever?

I can't answer you but I'll tell you my experience. I recieved credit ingame during Syria chapter. Then I noticed I stopped recieving them and the server was down. However I still finished the game. I couldn't go on the market place but after trying for a few minutes I found I had rewards for completing the game and quests and over 100 000 credits so I think it was counting them. I'm not 100% sure.
If you don't end up recieving your credits you can sell cards you don't need instead and buy ones you want, or you can try replaying levels.

Yes, I actually read up an "exploit" in manipulating selling good cards to make more credits

But more credits to work with is definitely better.

14th Aug 2018 0130hrs in Singapore, and the servers are not running. Was attempting to try for a gold score attack b4 I sleep. Shouldn't there be announcements or a place to check the server status?
