Yes it includes all DLC including the 20 year celeb stuff.

How long does a Season pass last? If I don't install the game right now, will it stay forever? I won't be able to play the game for 5-6 months. If I install it then, how long will I be able to use the season pass?

The season pass is permanent.

Yeah Season Pass is just what these days everyone calls something that gets you all the DLC (usually).
