You will need to open your Steam Library, right click the Rise icon, choose Properties, click DLC tab.
There should be a check besides each DLC you have. Make sure Baba Yaga is checked.
Just to make sure you have all the downloaded files, uncheck Baba Yaga, close the window, log off Steam, log back in. Repeat the steps to access your DLCs. Now check Baba Yaga and repeat the steps to close Steam. Log back into Steam, play Rise.
This causes Steam to see Baba Yaga as a new DLC and Steam should download and install the Baba Yaga files.
Let me know.
