Compound Bow Parts Location?

I need to find the last part for the compound bow
i know its located a place where i need to use the Broadhead Arrows where is that?

Soviet Installation, up at the supply shack is one place.
Geothermal Valley, returning to Flood Archives is another.
Lost City of Kitezh is another.
The broadheaded arrows can be used on soft wood and rocks.
Where that compound bow part is, I don't have a clue as I do those storage boxes out of order.

Yeah the crappy thing is i was there earlyer in somekinda cave/passage on my left side there where wood boards on the wall but i did not have the arrows back then
and ive been fast traveling all over the map and running around searching
and i cant find it again so annoying :(

Fast Travel to Ridgeline camp in Geothermal, cross the stream, head straight, jump over split in path, keep going till you dead end. Turn left and there's a cave entrance. Follow the cave around until you get to the wall you are looking for. It will be on the left.

Bow wasnt there but got other artefacts.
