Hoping in vain to reach a fast travel point.

The Callenge, Data Corruption, I have destroyed 9/10 laptops, one to go, but the Soviet Installation is a large area and I don't believe the map will help to find the last laptop.
I have spent all day on "Regroup with Jacob" / Reach copper mill / climb to mine entrance / go to top of copper mill - all these segments of "Alone again" quest are interlinked with the objective marker constantly moving around on the map. Finally on meeting up with Jacob it was straight into "Abandoned mines" quests. There was one camp fire but not a fast travel point.
I am looking forward to eventually reaching a fast travel point so I can start exploring and hopefully find that last laptop.

You will eventually reach a fast travel campfire in Geothermal Valley as Fast Travel is not available during the next segment although a campfire is there as you exit the mines.
You have already passed up 4 camp sites to get where you are. Each camp is a fast travel camp. After the game is over, you will be able to fast travel from any camp.

Some campsites not available for Fast Travel right after you find them, you need to complete some certain campaign objective in order to use Fast Travel. All red laptop can be found after you reach Soviet Gulag with Jacob, they are easy to find.

My thing is worse, trying to complete the challenge captures the flag, I find the last flag on the tip of a house and there is no way I get there making it impossible to get there and not be able to complete the challenge: C: C: C

All of the flags are accessible if that flag is part of the challenge.
Stand as close as you can to the flag in question, hit "Q" for highlight. Is that flag glowing? If not, it's not part of the challenge. If it is there is a way to it.
Far as I can tell after visting Soviet Installation in my game, there is no flag on any of the houses. I believe there might be a red flag somewhere on the roofs of the Copper Mill, but couldn't see it.

At first if it is that flag that I need for that defasio, but the flag is at the end of the house of the wood and it is impossible to get to it making it difficult to finish the challenge, is the only thing I lack: C

Bah: C the problem is that the flag stands out from the wall at the end of the house of the wood and I can not get there because there is no way to get there so I can finish the challenge

Not sure which flag you sre talking about. There are only 2 I can think of that you need ti climb to. 1 is on a water tower and has a ladder. the other is on top of the mill. Are you sure you are not missing the one by the mine?

The one I miss is close to 2 train cars, the house next to the water stand, the big house that has the flag protruding from the wall and marks me as golden and that is the objective that I lack

Wait a minute, your telling me your tring to access a flag (1 of 10) you need to cut down ritre??
Has anyone told you there are 12 flags out there and your at the 1 of 2 of those you can't get to? What I'm saying here is go elsewhere and it will come to you.

All the flags you need to cut are on a virticle pole.

I think your missing the point here, if its on a pole you can cut it down. Now IDK if you played the last TR but here all challange option do not have to be completed before moving on. If something is not where you "think" it should be, I told you move on and it will come to you.

I"m sorry, but that is not one of the challenge flags.
That water tower is on the 2nd level of the Copper Mill.
