Please Help!

In the part of : "RISING TIDE - FIND A WAY TO ESCAPE WITH THE ATLAS" - Part 34, I can't destroy the last support of the statue.
I tried everything but i could not.
Is this a bug? What should i do?

Which side? Facing the statue, which side isn't working properly?

I tried. I saw some videos in youtube, and it so simple a single shot of gun or arrow and it collapse. I deleted the game and installed it again and nothing help.
I love this game so much it's hard for me to give up (other games i simply delete them).

Yes, did you release the greek fire barrel? First you have to set one off after releasing as there's a barrier to be burned. The release another, use a rope arrow to guide in into the proper channel of water, it will automatically stop at the third base.

of course i released the greek fire barrel in both sides and shot them after they set in position near the statue.

There is a barrel near the front of the statue when you walk in already in position. Did you shoot that one?

The reason re-installing it did not fix it is because the 'glitch'(it was commonly known for many people) got saved in your save game file...that's one of the reasons people turn off the cloud save....if it gets 'glitched' then all you do is keep loading the same 'glitch' .
The solution was to load and earlier save and re-play the area. That's how people got past it.
There are a few of these 'game progressing glitches' that occur for some but not all players.
Only solution is to replay the area.

What can i do if i don't have earlier save? Do i have to start the game from begining?

Load an earlier save; replay the area and try destroying the supports in a different progression...do the opposite side first. I'd say get a save game from Stella's ROTTR site for after that but there's a great OTE that happens when you get the statue down.

There should be instructions provided. However, here is the address where saved files are located:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*********\391220\remote
Where the ********* is your number.
