Question on Handling Physics
How's the handling physics in F1 2016? F1 2014 is horrid with much understeer. F1 2012 and 2013 are awesome though. This coming from a keyboard racer.

I'd rather skip F1 2016 if it handles like 2014. The understeer is annoying. With handling mod, I can shave my lap times substantially but the mod overdid it.......making me to stick with the default understeer in F1 2014....

You should at least buy a controller. For 50 euro/dollar you have a controller which really will boost your experience (at least from my perspective). This game isn't build for a keyboard.

F1 2015 contains a whole new handling physics and they will be using this for F1 2016. So you'd better try F1 2015 out to know how it plays with a keyboard.

I have an XBOX 360 controller but don't like to use it for racing games. I think the Joy pad isn't too accurate.

Thank you though. I will hold off on buying until I can afford to buy at least a G27 wheel. Thank you again.

F1 2015 was totally unplayable with keyboard also will be 2016.

2014 was good enough, but yeah you'll have a better experience with a controller.

WHAT ?!
In F1 2015 I played championship 20 times, it's just perfect for my ordinary keyboard. But F1 2014 is absolutely unplayable.

Really, but need to play with assists: anti-lock brakes, traction control and automatic gearbox.

Really? I usually use those but anti-lock brakes. Thank you for your frank opinion. Thanks again! I will wait until the game is released to be sure if it is playable decently with keyboard.

Still I recommend you using the Xbox 360 controller. Just play with it for a few days and you'll get better with it.

Some of my friends are also racing with the Xbox 360 controller, using no assists at all and they are sometimes faster then me with the wheel.

I tried. I just do a lot better with keyboard. A lot more accurate with keyboard. With 360 controller I go everywhere.......it's not too bad but in comparison to the keyboard it's a lot worse.
