Exiting and continuing during last area breaks game

I now can't finish any of the magnetic puzzles for some reason, door won't open etc. I got up to the second level and quit out and went back in and none of the magnetic puzzles work correctly, cable glitch out etc. I can't finish the game at all.

I just finished the game and I'm not exactly sure what's happened to you - if you're talking about the big door above the three spirit panels, it worked the 1st time for me but the spirits were still in their panels and the door was closed when I went back (after credits).

So the door worked the first time when I actually needed it too.

My Game crashed gave me dump file, i had all the green orbs but now i only have 2 and it won't allow me to find a third again. i can't finish this game either.
